Privacy

I do not store your information or use it for any purpose other than filling your orders. You will not be signed up for any emails automatically simply by shopping or purchasing. You will need to explicitly sign up and request to be placed on our email list. You will however, receive transactional emails pertaining to your order. Your personal information will never be shared with third parties. Your payment processor will obviously need your information, but none of that is stored or used by Marang Studios.

Shipping

The time it takes to create and ship items can vary. Packages are shipped out Monday through Saturday except on federal holidays. All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. You will receive notification once your order has shipped with all tracking information.

It's the buyer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. I'm unable to verify international addresses through the US postal system, so please double check that the shipping address you have entered is correct.

Orders outside the US can take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive once they are shipped, depending on the country. Once a package is with the USPS, I have no control over delivery times. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

If you'd like to upgrade your shipping to a faster method please contact me before placing your order. International shipping is very expensive and I ship everything first class international unless you want to pay for a shipping upgrade.

Refunds and Exchanges

I pack everything carefully to ensure safe shipping, but the possibility of damage does exist. Please check the package when it arrives and let me know about any damage within 48 hours of receiving the box.

If you would like to return an item please contact me within 3 days of delivery. Items must ship back within 7 days of delivery.

To request a cancellation, you must contact me within 1 hour of purchase at angela@marangstudios.com

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

• Items on sale

Conditions of return - Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please take post office shipping time estimates into account. The USPS doesn't guarantee delivery dates, and while I ship everything as quickly as I can I have no control over the date that a package will arrive. Once a package is marked as delivered by the post office I have very little control over the information I can get from them. If you have a problem with a delivery please check with your local post office since they'll have the most updated information.
